LOCATION: The Grove (Downtown Clayton)

DATE: Saturday March 7th

START TIME: 9 AM (8:15 arrival) 

ATTIRE: ALL teams are to wear 2026 CVLL jerseys and hats

The downtown parade begins promptly at 9:00 am. Plan to arrive between 8:15 and 8:30 so you have time to find your team and line up. Parking will be extremely limited so plan accordingly and give yourself extra time.  

When you arrive head to the parking lot staging area behind Skipolini's and find your coach. 

Once we begin the ceremony the players will walk with their team and coaches onto the field and then be seated in the park. There will be no seating for parents inside the park. We recommend you bring a folding chair and sit along main street as the kids proceed down. 

After the ceremony there will be a photo opportunity at The Gazebo. Teams will go up to home plate in the order they walked onto the field. After a quick team photo your coach will lead your players back to Main Street, where they will meet back up with parents. 

PARENTS: To ensure all teams have the opportunity for a photo please DO NOT head to The Gazebo, but towards Main Street to meet back up with your child.  Event end time will be between 10-10:30.
